Using this website
You may browse the website to learn about our work and services and contact us about a potential project. Please do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading information.
Applications and project bookings
Submitting an application starts a conversation. It does not, by itself, book a project, confirm a start date, create a service agreement, or require payment.
If we decide to work together, the applicable service agreement and any agreed written changes will describe your project’s scope, fees, payment schedule, timing, responsibilities, revisions, cancellation terms, and ownership arrangements. Those project-specific terms govern the services we provide to you.
The One-Week Website
The build-week schedule begins on the start date we confirm in writing after the required preparation, materials, access, copy approval, and initial payment are in place.
Under the referenced One-Week Website service agreement, the staged website is scheduled to be ready for review within five business days after the confirmed start. Launch, transfer, and handoff follow the applicable review, payment, and access requirements. “One week” does not mean every project will be published and handed over within that same week.
Your accepted service agreement defines the commitments for your individual project. Additional work or ongoing support requires a separate agreement or an agreed written addition to your scope.
Website content and portfolio work
The website includes text, designs, images, trademarks, and portfolio material owned by Orange Lamp Studio or used with permission from their respective owners. Viewing that material does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially, except where permission is expressly provided or applicable law permits.
Ownership and permitted use of work created for a client are addressed in that client’s service agreement. These website terms do not replace those arrangements.
Information and third-party services
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but service descriptions, availability, and other details may change. Confirm the scope and terms of your project with us before relying on general website information for a purchase decision.
Links and embedded services may take you to providers we do not operate. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. A link does not, by itself, mean we endorse all content on the linked website.

Updates
We may update these website terms and their effective date as the website changes. Updates to this page do not amend an existing client service agreement; changes to that agreement follow its own requirements.
